Urban legend ini juga terkenal di Jepang sampai dibuat film. Mengisahkan tentang Mori Hikiko, seorang gadis cilik berwajah buruk yang selalu disiksa oleh orangtua dan teman-temannya. Untung balas dendam, Hikiko akan menangkap anak-anak SD, menyeret mereka, dan memutilasi mereka dengan kejam. Hiiii...
Oh ya, nama Mori Hikiko jika dibalik nama depan dan belakangnya, akan menjadi hikikomori yang artinya kira-kira social withdrawal.
